Chorizo Risoni Risotto Ingredients List
1 chorizo (vegan substitute: tofu)
1 cup of risoni (gluten free substitute: pasta)
6 cherry tomatoes
chilli, or chilli oil
2 cloves garlic
1 big handful of spinach
Cheese of choice to finish
